Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Hangry Joe's standards

  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep

  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed

  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times

  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Hangry Joe's

  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership

  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes

  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned

  • Adhere to Hangry Joe's San Marcos rules and dress code at all times

  • Other duties as assigned

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities

  • Smile

  • Speak Enthusiastically

  • Make Emotional Connections with Guests

  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant

  • Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

  • Work on their feet for several hours at a time

  • Adhere to Hangry Joe's rules and dress code at all times
